This is a Private -Santa Fe Territorial style custom one bedroom, 1.5 bath casita. The casita is a private home attached to the main home in which the owners live. Casita has its own private front door entrance and 3 private patios for guests to enjoy and a small water feature on the front patio. Each patio has its own chairs and tables. There is a well stocked kitchen with full size stainless steel matching appliances: refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, cooking pans, silverware and kitchen table. I have added bottled water, soda, condiments to the refrigerator - Help Yourself ! Heating and air conditioning. I have extra trash bags, dishwasher soap and Dawn dish soap, tinfoil and plastic wrap. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, filters, cream, sugar, tea, popcorn. Living room has a lazy boy leather reclining sofa and loveseat to relax in while watching the 55 inch. Bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with plenty of pillows and extra linens/blanket if needed and a second television. I also supply Plenty of towels (20+), hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There is a large walk in closet with ironing board, iron, puzzles, games, clothes hampers and hangers. New BBQ on the back porch. The development has plenty of level streets for walks to enjoy the desert beauty. There are no street lights at night so please text me if you are arriving late and I will turn all the lights on for you. There is an automatic front door keyless entry and I will text you the code on day of arrival. The casita is located to the right of the main home. Park by the front door in front of the two car garage, we will not ask you to move your car, that is used for storage only. There is a minimum of 3-15 hot air balloons that fly every am and pm that you can see from the casita porches. I have a guide book in the pantry with a lot of flyers and ideas of local places to explore. I also include the local laundry location where they will do "wash and fold" laundry.
