Summary: Overall a great stay. I arrived late, so there weren't many staff members to help. I had lots of bags and no one was there to meet me at the door. Most hotels that ive stayed at in NY have a doorman for that price. You cant drive up to the hotel because they have the front blocked off for taxis. Unloading bags ia very difficult. Especially with no help. Space is so limited that if you're not able to get that one spot near the hotel, you're stuck looping around the block until someone moves. I'm sad that I didnt get to visit the roof top bar. Really wanted to try that. Front desk staff were friendly. The room was nice & clean. The TV was annoying to figure out. I just wanted basic cable channels. All I had was Netflix and whatever Chromecast or random service they offered.
