Located on the Muskingum River, its the perfect space to enjoy with family and friends! 2 Queen beds in each of the bedrooms and a trundle with 2 twins in the 3rd BR/Playroom which will accommodate 6. Wifi, 2-50" tvs, and all of the amenities are included. Pull through parking for your trailer, boat ramp is 1/4mi away. Private docks provided in season so you can try your luck at landing that 50lb catfish this river is known for!
Only 5 minutes from the hospital and the mall, 8 minutes to downtown Zanesville and I 70. The property is equipped with all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. There are two bedrooms with queen beds in them, and then a family/bedroom with a trundle bed that can sleep two. Wi-Fi is provided in this unit has air-conditioning and forced air furnace. Everything is brand new as of February 2023. There is plenty of space for parking and if you’re bringing a boat trailer, plenty of room to park it and turn it around.

There is a boat ramp about a quarter mile down the street, the property is located on the Muskingum River. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful with lots of opportunities to view different wildlife, such as eagles, otters, ospreys. It is only five minutes away from the hospital, the mall, and eight minutes away from downtown Zanesville.
