Two Three bedrooms (with 3 Beds), two bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, exposed brick, granite countertops, and Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Roku). Great as a home base during your trip, or a comfortable space to spend a night in. Relax in the living room and watch a movie, or pick up goods at near by City Fresh market and fix yourself something in the fully stocked kitchen. Don't worry about glasses, plates, utensils and mugs. We provide all of those. The newly renovated bathroom includes a full shower and tub. Guest Access: Once the apartment is booked, you will gain access to the building through an electronic key pad for the front door. You will also be given the combination to our lockbox which will give you access to the keys to the apartment. Since all the instructions to check in will be sent to you in advance, you have the luxury to check in at whatever time you like after 3:30pm on your date of arrival. Interaction with Guests: I am available for any questions you have throughout your stay. Coming from the airport: If you're coming from JFK, you can get here in 75 minutes using public transportation, or 30 minutes by car. For safety, security, and insurance reasons, please no guests or parties! There is a security camera at the entrance to verify who comes in and out of the apartment.
