There is also an assigned boat slip directly in front of the building so you can see it from the balcony.
The master bedroom is on the entrance level of the condo hosting a king bed, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and a beautiful lake view. The guest bedroom on the entrance level has a queen bed and is connected to the guest bathroom that features a walk-in, handicap-accessible shower. Go up the stairs to find a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, a large 4th bedroom with two sets of built-in bunk beds, and a 3rd bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Crowne Pointe has two pools, one with zero entry access and the other just a few steps away from the unit, all units have assigned boat slips, and there is a small beach area for jet ski/ kayak parking.
