Open concept living with island and windows galore.. Beautiful views and private deck Walk to the community park, playground and River. The community also has a Boat launch a local store and pizzeria. Only 5 minutes to Cave B winery and the Gorge amphitheater. For most large concerts Sunland runs a shuttle for a fee, inquiry within. Please note stairs to the tower are steep but once upstairs the views are incredible. Please note wifi can be amazing one day and horrible the next.
