The space
This booking includes 2 good size bedrooms. perfect for short and long term stays! One bedroom has a queen size bed, small mini fridge, smart TV, work space with a view to the beautiful backyard, and lots of closet space! The other bedroom consists of 2 full beds, mini fridge, smart TV, work space, and walk-in closet! Both bedrooms shared a nice modern bathroom which has a private door for the toilet/shower area... so one can use the double sinks while the toilet/shower is in use.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. There is another bedroom separate from this listing on the other side of the "bridge". Both units will share a common area which consists of a kitchenette area with microwave, coffee station, electric burners (for simple cooking), condiments, cups and plates; also 2 big couches and a table so you can enjoy a nice time eating, chatting, or watching a movie.
As part of your stay, you are welcome to use the backyard and lower patio areas. Please be mindful about keeping areas clean!
In case you would like to have a gathering in the backyard or a celebration such a birthday party, or graduation... please contact us.. we may allow a bigger gathering for a few hours at an extra cost.
Quiet hours are after 10 pm!
And try to keep lights off in the common areas at night, we have motion sensing lights.
