The casita has one bedroom, with a Cal King bed. En-suite bathroom, with a large shower, and walk-in closet. There is a half bathroom in the hallway near the main entrance. In the common room, there is a galley kitchen with a dining table and a leather sleeper-sofa that folds into a queen size bed. Extra bedding is provided. The patio table outside the back door is a great place to have dinner and enjoy the beautiful Escondido weather.

For the areas in the front of home, there is a pool/hot tub in a shared yard space, though it will be available for private use during your stay. Close to Kit Carson park, which is a great place to walk your dogs, let the kids play, or play disc golf. North County Mall is 1.5 miles away as well, with access to great shops and many dining options. Great location!
Pool uses solar heat, and cannot be heated manually. However, on a typical sunny day, pool will heat up by 6-8 degrees. Typical pool temperatures are 75-79 F in the spring/ fall, and 80-88F in the summer.
