Welcome to 9th wing (USNA reference for the boat schoolers out there!) We just completed renovations on this spacious home in the heart of Murray hill. Our home is walking distance from both the stadium and the Naval Academy (~1 mile to each). Alternatively, the Annapolis water taxi picks up a 1/2 block from our home and will ferry you to city dock.(https://watermarkjourney.com/public-cruises-water-taxi/water-taxi/)
As for rooms and amenities: Our home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10. three on the second floor, and two on the third floor. The primary bedroom has a sitting area, Samsung Frameless TV, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with dual shower heads and a bidet. The other two bedrooms on the second floor are comfortable sizes with queen beds and built-in desks. On the third floor you will find a standalone bedroom with a queen bed, built in dresser and closet... and our favorite room of the house: the mid-kid room. The mid-kid room is a good old fashioned bunk room with four (YES FOUR) queen beds and TV. The third floor common shower is also a fully enclosed steam shower to unwind and relax.
On the first floor enjoy a chef's kitchen with 8-burner, blue star range and double oven, Sub zero refrigerator, warming drawer, stand alone beverage fridge and icemaker and seating for 12. Unwind in the living room that opens to a side patio.
There is ample street parking and the neighborhood is as good as it gets- walking distance to everything, but with space to spread out and relax.
