Our beautiful home features lots of natural light in every room. Our relaxing beach treasure is located 1/2 a block from the ocean and over looks the Chadwick mini-golf course. We're in walking distance to the bay, parks, restaurants, shops, Wawa and more! Enjoy a short drive to the Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant boardwalks and antiquing in Bay Head and Point Pleasant.
Our 5 Star Energy home is a modern high ceiling open floor plan.
The roomy kitchen/dining area features white quartz counters, white cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, island seating for 4, a dining table for 6 and an adjacent outdoor deck with an additional umbrella covered dining table and seating for 6 with lounge chairs for a fabulous indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery.
The living room comfortable seats a group and includes one flat screen television with cable television. Our home includes wifi. The main level also includes a beautifully designed large bathroom with over-sized natural light filled walk-in shower adjacent to the first floor bedroom which hosts one comfy double bed.
The open wrap around windowed wood stairs lead to our beautifully designed second floor master bedroom suite with large closet and full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms perfect for children, another full bathroom and full size washer and dryer.
Continue up the windowed staircase to our glass encased roof deck lounge with it's expansive views which include ocean and bay views perfect for watching the sun rise and set over Chadwick Beach! The adjacent 3rd floor room includes a comfy queen bed.

- Lease attached to listing. This is a strictly NO PET home. Absolutely NO exceptions. Owner and family members are unfortunately asthmatic and allergic to all pets :( Thank you for renting elsewhere if you want to bring a fury friend to the beach. Also Chadwick Beach does not allow rentals to guests with pets. Thank you for adhering to this request.

The lower closet has beach chairs and umbrellas available. Tennis and basketball courts are across the street along with a jungle gym and shuffle board. Wawa is on the corner - grab a coffee, sandwich or snack on your way to the beach!
