SAFE and POPULAR LOCATION! This private studio has a full size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bath and is approximately 350 square feet. It's small but it's cute, comfortable, clean, and full of Jazzy, NOLA decor. It is in a safe area of New Orleans. My vacation rental is located several houses off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, banks, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. It is a 10 to 15 minute Uber ride to the French Quarter, but there is so much to do here you might not make it there. 😊 If you are driving here, this unit only has on street parking. There's almost always a spot within half a block especially on Constance street. Looking forward to possibly hosting you. :)
