Summary: The house was very clean and decorated cute. However, I arrived to the location one hour past check-in time and had to contact them personally to get the check-in information, it was never sent to me prior to my arrival. It was about 30 mins to an hour later that someone finally got back to me and I was able to get into the house. My stay consisted of 4 nights and the refrigerator/freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted them to inform them of it, I was told that maintenance would be made aware asap. Never heard another word or update. The food I brought all went bad. I was disappointed overall. My daughter recently moved to Greenville and I was hoping to find a place to continue to return to as I go to visit her; I am not sure I’d return to this house.
