Summary: We bad a queen suite on the 5th floor. The A/C did not work. I turned the thermostat down and put the fan to its highest level. When I did, nothing happened. So we slept through an uncomfortable night. It was too late to bother with the hotel staff. Also there is no fan in the bathroom, so with no a/c fan and no bathroom fan there was absolutely no white noise to fall asleep to. So I downloaded an app on my phone to play all night.
