Home has a fenced in back yard with plenty of space for yard games, Grilling and sitting around the Fireplace. Our home is Minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, has numerous restaurants near by, Go-Karting and the beautiful Brickyard Crossing Golf Course right down the road.

-Dryer, iron, ironing board, detergent, Tide to-go Pen stain remover, and fabric softener are also available for you to use.
PARKING:
- 2 average sized vehicles will fit into the Garage, 2 Large sized vehicles will fit in the driveway, and you can park on the street in front of the property
OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Fenced in backyard
- Outdoor furniture with seating for 4
- Solo Stove fireplace with 8 lawn chairs for nights around the fire
