We provide our guests with a meticulously sparkling clean and extremely well maintained property, inclusive of professionally laundered bed linens, bath and beach towells.
A 500 square foot master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with floor to ceiling marble, a glass enclosed walk in shower benched with both rain and hand held hardware. The master suite also has a private sunroom/lounge with a 65 inch Hisense smart TV , mini refrigerator, L shaped 6'x9' comfort sofa and floor to ceiling windows. A 16 inch California king memory foam mattress, hardwood floors and shutters, exquisite art, armoire, wing back chair, three trunks and another 40" mounted Hisense smart TV next to the bed complete the master. A privacy blackout shutter door divides the two rooms.
The guest bedrooms include a bedroom with a King sized poster bed, shuttered windows, 55” smart TV, armoire and lounge chair. Wood floors.The third bedroom is comprised of a double, single + single trundle bunk bed that sleeps four. Shuttered windows and wood floors. Large closet.The fourth bedroom has 2 single bunk beds sleeping four. Shuttered windows + wood floors. Large closet.
Washer and dryer is on the bedroom level.
The second bathroom on the bedroom level has a green marbled walk in shower benched, glass enclosed with rain shower as well as a hand held shower.
The upper level is an open loft with high cathedral ceilings and exposed wood 8beams displaying exquisite art and nautical antiques. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a food preparation island that seats four. The dining table seats six. A 65" Hisense smart TV and console is in the living area and a new comfort sectional 8'x8' sofa for this loft. The loft has a powder room... toilet + sink.
On this upper level are two decks which wrap the north, east and south sides of the house. A new gas barbecue grill with unlimited propane, four bistro sets make up the deck furnishings. It is on these decks that you will have ocean and bay views, sunrises and sunsets.
Dual leveled central air conditioning system and Mini split system is new for 2022.
All furnishing are exquisite. The furniture, art, surfboards, and antiques. The floors are hickory hard wood throughout. The ground level is comprised of a two car garage and entry foyer.
Outside is an oversized outdoor shower with a teak bench and shower mat, a picnic table with benches all enclosed within a six foot fence for privacy. The landscaping is exquisitely done in exotic tropicals with low voltage landscape lighting.
The house is equipped with high speed internet, live TV per Hulu.
