The luxurious, newly upgraded 3BR+Den house offers - 3 fully furnished bedrooms - A den with 2 bunk beds (4 twins total) - 2 fully equipped bathrooms (master with a double sink and huge tub) - Attached 2 car garage - Designer backyard, complete with fire pit, built-in BBQ and heated pool - Covered patio with plenty of private seating, ceiling fan, and misters - Solar panels that power the whole house! ---------------------------- When the daytime high is under 70F pool heating may not get up to a comfortable temperature.
