All Bedrooms have new 39" flat screen tv's and a new large 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds for additional guest. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Also front covered porch/deck with sitting area. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 6 unit building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals.(we do not supply sheets/blanket or paper products) Beach tags are the responsibility of the guest and can be purchased on the boardwalk.
