The space
The house is large and affords two separate living spaces for entertainment (and kids). Five (5) bedrooms are divided among two floors, allowing for the perfect layout for extended family and friend getaways. Each floor hosts its own bedrooms with a full bath, separating the space perfectly.
Guest access
The deck is expansive and the perfect place to grill and chill. Offering an enormous outdoor deck, this area can accommodate all your vacation needs. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, spend some time in nature, take in the scenery.
The house is the perfect spot for any occasion: family vacation, fall foliage peepers, winter ski lodge, girls getaway, and of course all the water amenities one could want for a summer getaway: lake access, pool at clubhouse, tennis and private beach **!

The clubhouse amenities: pool, fitness center, etc. are ONLY INCLUDED with two week minimum stay. This is a private neighborhood with an HOA; we have to transfer membership to guests for this use -- there is an additional $125 transfer fee that will be charged to pay the HOA.
PETS: No Pets shall be permitted on the Property without written consent of the owner. Additional Pet Fee $150 will be included. Refundable Deposit $500 returned within 72 hours after guests leave premises / inspection.
