The open floor plan features an expansive yet cozy 27 foot great room, perfect for entertaining with seamless flow between the dining area, living room, and pool table space. The home features two queen bedrooms and a luxurious king en-suite, all with lovely lake views. Four Fujitsu heating and air units ensure year-round comfort. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to stay connected. Throughout your stay, enjoy amenities like a pool table, chess table, and board games or relax in the cozy egg chair with a good book. Hardwood floors grace most of the home, complemented by recent updates to the bathroom and kitchen where you can choose to dine at either the breakfast nook or large dining table that seats 8! The home also offers a fully stocked kitchen—ideal for baking the fresh blueberries picked from the surrounding u-pick blueberry farms. Outside you'll find a 2-tiered deck with comfy seating, outdoor dining, and a grill. Be sure to grab your cup of coffee or tea and head outside to enjoy peaceful mornings as the sun rises over the calm waters. Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
