The Space -
Featuring an off-grid experience, The Sunrise Tent is the perfect place to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature’s beauty! Please be sure to bring plenty of drinking water and flashlights. We provide lanterns for guests to use during their stay. There is running water for washing hands and showering, but it is non-potable (not suitable for drinking). (Please see note below for water availability during the winter months). We respectfully ask guests to be conscious of their water usage as this is an off-grid experience. We provide guests with a few bottles of water but strongly encourage guests to bring their own as well. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you should need to cook and eat (pots, pans, plates, cooking and dining utensils). Firewood is provided for the fire pit and wood stove, but request that guests be conscious of having smaller fires for safety purposes. There is an outhouse with a composting toilet and shower with an on-demand water heater. Towels are provided! We provide battery packs to run the lights, and strongly encourage guests to bring their own portable chargers if they would like to plug their phones in. However, we also encourage you to unplug and unwind :)
The Sunrise Glamping Tent was hand-built and designed by us, as well as most of the furniture. Some of the wood cleared from the site can be seen in our hand-built furniture. The rest of the wood will continue to be used to build more tent sites and supply us with wood for furniture and flooring.

There are many breweries and wineries nearby. Bryce Resort and Massanutten Four Season Resort offer the opportunity for a day of skiing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer.
