This beautifully furnished beach house promises easy waterfront living for ten people. Relax on one of three back decks overlooking the pond and the bay or on the front deck across from one of the community pools. Set in the Royal Sands community, this home has direct beach access by a private golf cart-friendly boardwalk and access to two pool areas and a hot tub. Free, secure, wireless internet is provided, as well as smart TV options for logging in to your accounts with Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, or Hulu.
The fully stocked open kitchen is adjacent to the living room, which features three couches. This allows the family to watch TV and movies and to socialize. If you can't agree on movies, there are TVs located on all three levels.
Guests can enjoy the second-story front or back patios in Adirondack chairs, or gather on the front patio area while grilling for your family and friends. Up to two well-behaved, potty-trained furry friends under 60 lbs. each are welcome with an added fee.
The home also features family-friendly amenities, including a highchair.
