Beach Haven West community has a private beach with lifeguards (during the season), basketball courts, and tennis courts. LBI Beaches are a short 10-15 minute ride! 4 beach badges available for your use. Kayaks available for use in the lagoon. 65" TV with a cable box. WIFI available, plenty of on-street and off-street parking.

Sound travels fast down the lagoon, so we kindly ask that no events or large gatherings be hosted to preserve the serenity of the lagoon; this is a family-oriented, peaceful development.
