Summary: We couldn’t get in the room. The owner was always there and said that if could bother him , if we couldn’t get in. When we returned for the night, all we had to do was turn the knob. Meaning - the door was unlocked. Of course, the dead bolt worked. It is an old motel. Needs updating.
