Water sports, including fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, etc.. are easily accessible from the property's large private dock and Motor sport enthusiasts may wish to inquire about the 2019 23ft Crownline Surf/Ski/Tube boat and Yamaha Wave Runner also located at the property. Off the lake, Watkins Glen International Race Track, Watkins Glen State Park (Ranked 2nd by USA Today as America's Top State Parks ), numerous waterfalls, hiking opportunities, ski resorts and dozens of wineries/breweries are all convenient to Seven Spruce. The Lodge itself boasts over 5000 square feet of interior finished living space, a large flat lakeside yard, and 2500 sq. ft. of outdoor entertainment space. The home comfortably sleeps 18 (limited to 14 adults) via 5 bedrooms, including 2 king master ensuite bedrooms, 2 additional king guest suites with adjacent bathrooms, a 5th guest suite with 2 queens with adjacent bathroom, and a large bunk room (nearly 500 sq. feet) featuring 2 doubles and 2 queens and a queen sleeper that's perfect for the younger members of your group. For those that love to cook, you'll find a chef's custom kitchen featuring marble countertops and Viking and KitchenAid appliances, including a 6 burner high output gas cooktop, double 30 inch convection ovens, a 48 inch refrigerator and undercounter beverage center. The outdoor cooking enthusiasts in your group will enjoy the brand new in 2023 Weber Genesis gas grill on the upper deck and wood/charcoal fired smoker on the lower terrace. Lastly, if you'd like to leave the culinary duties to someone else, please inquire about the Lodge's Executive Chef services, to include meal and wine pairings, interactive cooking, meal preparation, etc..
