You have a private entrance, parking, private kitchenette, bathroom, right outside of the room and access to the entire basement unit. My wife and I live a vegan lifestyle, however you could bring in food and heat up in microwave.
Entire basement except laundry room. Also the access of your private bathrooms and kitchenette is from shared hallway.

We make one parking spot available for the guest. Also Montclair has 5 train stations and direct bus to NYC.

No smoking in the house or on the property. Please park your car in the back parking lot on spot 2, as Montclair don’t make fun in giving parking tickets. Enjoy your stay.
