Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below the historic Chapel on the Dunes, which is the oldest consecrated church in Port Aransas, now popular for private weddings on Mustang Island.
Proud owner Jim Atwill has planned each area of the construction with your comfort and luxury in mind. All finishes in this home are high end, from the red oak flooring to the travertine tile spacious shower to the Texas pink granite on the counter tops. Finest stainless steel appliances appoint the kitchen. Make no mistake, there is no accommodation in Port Aransas that comes close to the comforts you will feel in the SeaOats Cottage.
