Summary: It was ok. Not impressed for the money we paid. It was extra money for even kayaks and paddle boards. Nothing was in listing about being attached to another property The house was in ok condition, needs a lot of updating and detailed cleaning. The dock was not “our private dock”, as listed None of the pool cues had tips. The AC couldn’t go down past 68, during the night we were all sweating. kitchen is small and not enough seating to be able to “sleep 12”. The outside furniture is awful (dirty and squeaky) we made the most of it, since it wasn’t a true vacation with being there for softball world series.
