Come relax at our home nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Only a short 1.5 hour drive from New York City! This is not your typical rental. Our beautifully appointed home offers an open floor plan for easy entertaining with seating for 10 in the dining area and two more at breakfast counter. The living room with a wood burning fire place is the perfect place to relax or to watch movies on our 65” Flat screen TV.
The Master bedroom located on the first floor offers a Queen size bed with pillow top mattress. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed with views of nature. The third bedroom includes twin bunk beds with a pullout trundle and day bed, perfect for kids and adults alike. The Fourth bedroom located on the lower level for added privacy boasts a Queen size bed. Finally the loft has a brand new pull out queen with an additional orthopedic mattress for added comfort. Main floor bath and 3 season porch are both newly renovated. Walkout basement features a drink rail, 8 foot slate pool table, Dart board, 55” flat screen TV with a rustic pallet wall and for your convenience a washer and dryer.
Relax indoors by the wood burning fireplace or take in nature from the 3 season porch, front deck or on the large wrap around deck with a gas grill. If you enjoy star gazing, why not sit outside on the deck by the outdoor fire pit and roast some marshmallows.
Looking for some more fun - how about a game of pool in our game room. This room also features a bar area, dart board, chalk wall, and a 55” Flat Screen TV and is where the 4th bedroom is for extra privacy..

Our home is located in Saw Creek Estates, a beautiful amenity filled community that offers six pools(4 outdoor and 2 indoor with hot tubs). Private ski slope, 2 lakes with canoeing & paddle boating, Fitness center with weight room, racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor tennis, baseball field, basketball courts, playgrounds, as well as its very own Top Of The World Restaurant and outdoor Tiki Bar. All of this in a gated community with 24/7 security.
The surrounding area offers so much to do. Shawnee Mountain is just a short drive away for skiing, snow boarding, and snow tubing, and offers festivals during the summer. Nearby Award winning Golf, Zip Lining, Horseback Riding, Paddle Boats, Mini Golf, Go-Carting, Paintball, Canoeing, Rafting and don't forget the "Niagara Falls" of Pennsylvania beautiful Bushkill Falls! The Delaware Water Gap recreational area is moments away and offers year round activities. Perhaps you'd prefer shopping at the nearby outlets or famous 209 flea market. More skiing options are available at the close by Camelback Mountain which also offers a huge water park in the summer months and an outdoor adventure park. Stroll through historic Stroudsburg or Milford or test your luck at Mount Airy, or Mohegan Sun Casino. It's your choice how much or how little you want to do!

Weekly rates are Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday. Minimum 4 nights stay during the week in the Summer season. All adults must be 25 to book except children traveling with parents. We require a signed lease and a copy of ID. Last minute reservations require additional information. Rates are based on 6 travelers. Additional travelers require an additional nightly fee.
