This full size 2 bedroom apartment is a historical experience describing, with archive pictures and rare music memorabilia, the original uses of this unique downtown building beginning in 1909 as the Heintzman Pipe & Piano Company. Upon 2018 restoration, this building was the winner of the 2018 James D Anderson Heritage Restoration Award.
