Summary: Original rm 502 the bed was horrible. But Ms. Rochelle really took care of us. She got us a new room and was so courteous and professional. I noticed that she was the same with multiple customers. Really made our stay much more comfortable. She's a real pro. Great location, easy to catch train to NYC. Great food nearby as well.
