Downstairs in the separate unit is a full apartment with 1 semi-private bedroom, and three cozy sofa beds/ futons in the living area. It also has its own TV, Washer/Dryer, full kitchen and full bathroom. Some would classify this space as a large efficiency with den.

Petworth North is a lovely, green neighborhood that is super close to Bethesda (5 mi), Capitol Hill (5 mi), U Street (3 mi), Downtown DC (4.5 mi), Georgetown (7 mi), Cleveland Park (2.5 mi), Silver Spring (3 mi). It is so centrally located that it is very accessible to all of NW DC and some of NE DC. So naturally this listing is only a stone's throw from Howard University and Catholic University.
Getting Around:
The Ft. Totten Metro is about a 10-minute walk through the neighborhood. There are lots of bus routes nearby, and parking is easy here and you can also use Uber or Lyft to cheaply and easily get around. Because it is so centrally located, Uber and Lyft drivers are never far away.
