On the first floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with three ovens, a six-burner gas range, two full-size refrigerators, and a commercial-sized ice maker. The adjoining wet bar is perfect for serving drinks or setting up a coffee station. An oversized dining area offers plenty of space to gather, while the expansive main living area—with a 72-inch TV and panoramic Gulf views—serves as the heart of the home.
