Summary: Awful! Had reservation yet still took what seemed like forever to check in, with them trying to decide what room to give me. I had a reservation and picked a room already. Couldnt understand the delay. Finally get to my room and remote doesnt work. Isnt even programmed to the tv in room. Went to front desk and they gave me another remote and told ME to program it to tv. Needless to say that remote didnt work either. No shower curtain in bathroom. Dead roach on floor. Toilet did not work! I mean seriously, the room they put me in was not ready for patrons but they put me in there anyway! This hotel has gotten progressively worst.
