There is plenty of room in the driveway to park a drift boat and river access (as well as a car wash) for launching is nearby. Please note, there are beautiful river views from the property, but no direct river access.

This home is situated in a small neighborhood right on the water. From the front door, you can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, the post office and a drug store. If you prefer, you can park your car when you arrive, and not use it again until you leave.
