Positive: Location in Arizona canyon full of natural fauna and flora.

Negative: After I reserved two nights I discovered the Nature Conservancy center I went there to see is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Summary: It would recommend it for birders and nature lovers. It is also a beautiful wedding venue.
