Once at the Quay and parked there is no reason to leave! With everything, you could need including a game room, indoor and outdoor pool, private tennis courts, sauna, and convenient store all in one building. The only time you will need to leave is to walk up to the beach! Located right past 100th street the Quay is surrounded by local attractions such as great local restaurants, many Put-put courses, and even amusement parks!
Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $75non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75/week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
