The primary bedroom upstairs is large with one king bed, a couch, private balcony, and dedicated workspace. The secondary bedroom upstairs has a dedicated workspace and two queen beds. The primary bedroom downstairs has one queen bed. The secondary bedroom downstairs has two double beds. No food is allowed in the bedrooms.

Each floor has a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet right outside the bedrooms. The bathrooms were just remodeled and sparkle.

Please note that we require guests to provide their email address so they can sign a copy of our rental agreement, & pool / hot tub waiver. The agreement is an acknowledgment of our house rules and must list the full names of all adult guests.
Identification and a deposit may be required upon our request. $350 fine for smoking/vaping in the house or on the porch or deck. We suggest that if you must smoke, you do it at the fire pit.
Outdoor cameras for guest safety are located at the front, back, and side doors.

We are pet free, no exceptions. Host has severe allergies to cats and dogs. Please respect no pets policy. Dyson HEPA air purifier/fan is available upon request. We require guests to sign a rental agreement & pool / hot tub waiver. Please kindly read through our description before requesting to book. Must be 27 years old to book. (Photo ID may be required).
The entire house and big backyard is yours to explore. There are a couple of locked closets in the house.
Please do not venture into the forest or attempt to climb down to the Creek as it gets very steep very fast.
Messages us via Airbnb, call or text us if urgent. We expect any damage or issues to be reported promptly.
The pool will be closed between October through May. We plan to open the pool Memorial Weekend and close it after Labor Day. Hot Tub available year round. We require a waiver signed for use of the pool/hot tub.
We are on auto plow so the driveway will be plowed if it snows. If it is snowing we recommend 4WD.
Please no smoking inside. There is a $350 fine for smoking/vaping indoors+ $150 for deep cleaning of any curtains & sofas.
