A beautiful, quiet established neighborhood of Linden Hill Village with very well maintained homes by owners. My home backs up to Linden Hill Elementary and is very peaceful. There are walking and biking paths just up the hill. Close to grocery, Wawa, and other conveniences. Minutes away from tax free shopping, University of Delaware or Wilmington. Only 10 - 15 minutes from popular destinations like Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Hagley, Nemours, Riverfront and University of Delaware. there are three bedrooms available (Master bed, Queen bed & extra bedroom for kids). You have full access to kitchen, dining room, living room, office, patio and gym. Long stays are welcome. I live in the home in a separate section so I am always available while you have full access to the house.
Queen size bed, closet, dresser, 32 inch tv with Roku. Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub & shower adjacent. Very clean with hardwood floor, Looks out over patio and garden.
