The main house includes 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, a large well-stocked kitchen, and a dining room with seating for 10 adults. The second floor has a large double height master bedroom with a walkout deck for your morning coffee and a beautifully renovated bathroom with a two-person jetted spa tub.
The highlight of the house is the airy double-height living room with skyview windows and a cozy fireplace. Lay down on the large comfy couch and watch the clouds floating, trees dancing, and birds flying. Light the fireplace in the living room and the dining room for a fireside chat filled with warmth and laughter.
Only this house offers you a relaxing area for parents and a fun-filled playroom for kids side by side in the sun-filled basement. The property
A completely renovated 5-bedroom home on over 4 acres of open usable space. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac and offer enough parking for up to 8 cars.
1st Floor: Family room with grand piano, kitchen, dining room with seating for 10 (and 2 booster chairs and 1 high chair available), powder room, 3 bedrooms (king w/ ensuite bath, queen, 2 bunk beds), and full bath.
2nd Floor: Loft, primary bedroom with ensuite bath and private deck, separate room with crib, private suite with queen bed, full kitchen, bath, living/dining area and deck. All 2nd floor areas have separate AC units as well.
Lower level: Expansive kids play area with an indoor playground and toys, pool table, wet bar/lounge area with large TV, powder room.
Outside: Large heated pool with loungers and table, covered dining area, 4-burner grill, 16-ft trampoline, hammock, and fire pit area. Soccer goal and basketball hoop too!

Our home is located just 75 miles to NYC to the south and 18 miles to New Paltz to the north. Town center is just a few mins away with a handful of local restaurants, Walgreens, Hannafords supermarket, MCD’s, Dunkin, etc. You’ll see plenty of farmstands, horse ranches, and local produce merchants on your drive, so stop by on the way! Also, not too far away are some of the most renowned farm-to-table restaurants of the Hudson Valley.
