Ladd Landing is a townhome connected to only one other identical townhome and offers over 2200sqft to relax and unwind. It features hardwood floors throughout the common areas. There is an abundance of large windows framing mountain views. New furniture is throughout the home. High speed internet is available over wifi. The main floor is an open floor plan great room with a living area with fireplace and seating for seven. A chef's kitchen is attached and has granite countertops, an island convection range, and a bar with seating for four. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for eight. A large outdoor room sits off the dining area with a gas grill and open air dining for eight as well as an outdoor sofa for lounging. Their is a powder room off of the main hall. All three bedrooms are upstairs. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with a twin over full bunk bed. The bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed with a rollaway twin in the closet. Both of these bedrooms are served by a large hall bath with a tub shower combination. The owners suite is the ultimate retreat and is over 500 sqft. It features a large bedroom with wraparound windows with mountain views. The owners bath includes a large jetted soaking tub, dual sinks and a large walk in shower with dual heads. All bedrooms have wall mounted 40" or larger LED TVs with blinds and blackout curtains as well. There is a laundry room stocked with detergent for easy access on the second floor near all of the bedrooms. Some pets may be approved on a case by case basis. There will be a $100 refundable pet deposit as well as a pet fee.
