Your perfect home away from home. Located in desirable Arrowhead Lake, you'll find a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home with open concept living. Sit and relax next to the wood burning stove or sip your coffee in the sunroom and watch the deer graze in the front yard. A hot tub is also available for your relaxation in our private backyard. We have WIFI and smart V's with HULU Live. --Central AC just installed January 2021--
While our home can host 8 people, the living space would be quite tight with 8 adults. I would think 6 adults could occupy the space or 4 adults and 4 children. We also have a minimum renting age of 25 and do not host parties (bachelor or bachelorette).
Our home is located right inside Arrowhead Lake, a gated community offering 24-hour security is an unbelievable location central to many major Poconos attractions. As part of the Lake's policies, and to access all of the features of the community, guests will be required to submit registration information for themselves and their vehicles following their booking confirmation, and prior to their actual stay. This is a quick and easy process which we will walk you through!

ARROWHEAD LAKE FEES:
Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to confirm their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.
- Arrowhead Lake's Administrative Office has just announced that effective May 1st 2020, all renters age 12 and older will be required to purchase amenity membership for the duration of their stay, at the cost of $5 per person per day. These give entry to the community's three heated pools, community center, fitness room, pool hall, library, etc. Children under 12 are FREE.
-Until May 1st 2020, amenity access is optional and is $2 per guest per day.
-Vehicle registration is $15 per vehicle for your stay, and the lake adds a $30 overall registration fee to set-up each rental block. I will work with you to get your registrations completed days in advance of your arrival, as the Lake Office also adds late fees for registration within 72 hours.
