Ground floor includes a car garage with entrance to the main living area as well as entrance to backyard with covered patio, outdoor private shower, and gas grill.
This is the perfect family home with an open spacious floor plan.
First floor features a living room with a sectional couch and pullout bed, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, full bath, and bedroom with queen bed and entrance to the garage.
Second floor has a master bedroom with en suite bath with an outdoor deck, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds twin over full with a pullout twin trundle. Full bath with shower/tub and washer and dryer.
The outdoor living space consists of 2 decks, 1 off the living room and another off the master bedroom with ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. Covered patio in the fenced-in backyard with a gas grill and private outdoor shower.
This wonderful house can sleep 13 people with the pullout sofa bed.
8 beach badges are included with the rental and additional ones can be purchased at the beach. Children 11 and under are free. Beach chairs, buggy & cooler available.
