Parks & Rec is a one of kind open concept brand new unit (build and decorated in Spring '18) that is perfect for couples or families. The bedrooms are generous in space and on opposite sides of apartment, with the living/dining/kitchen area smack in the middle of the space. Accompanying full bathrooms for each bedroom make things nice and private! Come stay with us and enjoy wonderful chic decor just a short walk from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall in the historic part of town! The Space: Public parking garage in basement of our building. They charge $15-25 / day. Street parking is limited to 2-3 hours between 8 am - 10 pm and most is metered. King Sized Bed Washer & Dryer in apartment Super clean with no detail left untouched Small Gym near the lobby All the windows have blinds so they offer privacy and they block out light Guest Access: The entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. We also have a pack and play, but please let us know if you need it so we can leave it out for you. Interaction with Guests: We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We’re only a message or phone call away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. The Neighborhood: We're located in the heart of Society Hill. Right next to the famous bustling South Street and sitting on the historical Headhouse Square. There are tons of restaurants and bars within minutes and we're also close to Old City and Independence Hall. A quick taxi/uber/lyft ride or a bike ride away is Rittenhouse Square, City Hall and the Museum of Arts. We're close to the 95 so getting down to the stadiums is also easy. Getting Around: Walking is our preferred method of getting around since so many of the main Philadelphia attractions are within walking distance. If you are going further away, we highly recommend using the Indego bike sharing station right outside our building. Other Things to Note: Located right on South Street, one of Philadelphia's most famous streets, it is home to great dining, shopping and entertainment. That being said, the street noise can sometimes be heard inside the unit - especially on popular nights of the week. Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. There is also a door man who is on-site 24/7.
