Built in 1900 this home is an original duplex. After purchasing this home many years ago and not having success with long term renters, I have updated and turned it into a short term for those traveling through the area or visiting for awhile. While updating, I still kept some of the old charm and added a touch of class. Bathroom and kitchen are both total updates that are both charming and sensible. Furnishings throughout the home are new and modern. You won’t be disappointed by it at all. Yes the old stairs squeak and the floors crackle at time. The old windows sometimes rattle. They are 120 years old, so they are allowed to do so. You will love the charm of the front porch and yard. The back yard is currently a work in place. Take a walk to the park or a trip to one one our shoppes or restaurants. It will be satisfying for all.
It is important to know that the bathroom is down stairs. The two bedrooms are upstairs, shotgun style.
NOTE: Bath is downstairs and shotgun bedrooms are upstairs. Portable bed is on lower level if someone can’t go upstairs.
