Originally built in 1962, this perfectly situated masterpiece was meticulously renovated in 2015 with design elements such as giant windows and doors that grace the facades of high end buildings in Soho, Poul Henningsen lighting, Finn chaises, Tucci umbrellas, Eames chairs, a Sussex credenza, Tolomeo lamp, Nathan Yong desk, Cherner bar stools, the Mr. Bones trio, and some very unique art. You may now be realizing this house is one of a kind and so are you.
On your first day, wake to the sunrise over the ocean with a fresh cup of coffee brewed in minutes. Spend the morning at the beach just steps across the dune. Come back for lunch during the mid-day heat, but make sure to enjoy a quick foot shower on your way in. Yes, a foot shower. It's delightful. Enjoy the ocean front deck lounging on chaises and drinking ice cold cocktails. Life really ain't that bad. Return to the beach for the later afternoon hours, but don't forget to come back for a quick rinse in the open air shower so you're ready to watch the sun set on the side deck. Then marvel at the light of the moon glistening on the ocean with the sound of waves crashing in the background.
