This is a brand new luxury apartment community in the OSU area of Columbus. You can easily walk to Ohio Stadium from here, and you'll be located just minutes away from all the best attractions of Columbus.
We provide self check-in via an app (sent to you after you book). Once inside the apartment, you'll have physical keys as well that you can use as a backup. This apartment comes with free parking in the on-site garage.. It's extremely secure (there's no way to get inside the garage without a pass - even on foot).
Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops (stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!), spacious living room with plenty of comfortable furniture and tons of windows, two nice bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen in the second), and two full bathrooms (one with a tub, and one with a walk-in shower), and two huge walk-in closets. Large windows let in tons of natural light! There's a balcony off the living room, and another smaller one off the master bedroom. As our guest, you'll also have access to the clubhouse area on the 5th floor with impressive fitness center and resort-style pool.
This apartment is relatively walkable, but due to the spread-out nature of the OSU area, we do recommend having a car or using Uber/Lyft during your stay. There are bicycle storage rooms onsite that you can use and many of our guests love biking to and from work at OSU.
This is a 100% smoke-free property (including our apartment balconies, parking garages, etc.).
Pets are welcome, but only with approval in advance. Just send us a message. :) Max 2 pets, max weight 30 lbs. No commonly restricted breeds please. A recent copy of recent vet records will be required.
