c1883 The oldest house on the block. Our totally restored Victorian Beach House has the charm of 1883 with all the upgrades. We walk into town almost every night and ride our bikes to the beach using the Stockton Lake bike path. We enjoy our saltwater pool every day and use the hot tub at night. We are looking for a nice family to rent our home. This is our primary home in a residential neighborhood. We have updated our home with new siding, roof, windows, front porch, pool, pool house, and more. Our home has been renovated for an "open feel" with a custom handmade black walnut island built into the 140-year-old chimney. Our hardwood stairs and upstairs floor just got restored and we ask if you could take shoes off upstairs. The downstairs 140-year-old floors are scratched from our awesome Great Dane "Milo". Please treat our home like your own. We live on a residential street with quiet neighbors. We ask that you are not loud after 9:30 pm and respect our neighbors. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We will only rent to families. No groups or events please. We love our dog and may allow your pet on a case-by-case basis. We have security cameras for your safety on front porch, back deck, and pool house.
