Surrounded by 30 acres of woods for hiking, see if you can find the bomb shelter! Includes twin futon, chairs, table, fire pit and a small charcoal grill. No water or electricity, outhouse on the property. Also includes a rowboat, canoe and fishing poles on non-sport, private, clean water lakes. (For swimming you will want to paddle out to the lake as it is mucky in front of the cabin.) You can fish and wade in the canal in front of the cabin.
One mile to Mike Levine Lakeland's non-motorized bike Trail. Walk or ride your bike 1 mile to the trailhead, head East about 2 miles up the trail (past Zukey Lake Tavern) there is a boardwalk to Kroger, a coffee shop, and a dollar store. Bring towels, sleeping bags, Water, charcoal, firewood, cooking supplies, life jackets, space heater, and everything you need for camping. (You are welcome to use dead wood on the property.) There is a lot of wildlife including deer.
