Also on this level are a powder room, gas fireplace, and an ottoman that converts to a single bed. A slider door leads to a spacious outdoor deck with views of the clubhouse. The upper living area features a full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, and a den with HD TV and Blu Ray DVD player. Guests are welcome to bring their own streaming devices to attach to a high-speed internet connection.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and full closets. Master bedroom includes an HD television with streaming services, large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a covered balcony with chairs. The garage, which is accessed in the rear of the home, has space for one vehicle. Parking for additional cars is nearby. Two children’s bikes and a wagon are available for guest use.
