Spend your days walking the quiet neighborhood roads, down at the catch-and-release pond, or at the lake access spot. Tour the lake by boat and see all that the area has to offer before stopping at one of the many lakefront restaurants. Return home to relax around the fire pit telling stories and munching on s’mores. On rainy or winter days head to the lower level for a movie night or a game of bumper pool, foosball, or darts or head over to the area above the garage for a round of ping-pong. ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is located along Piney Point Dr. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $25/day. Please note that this association only rents slips to those who privately own their boats. Rental boats are not allowed. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
